Express check-in and check-out: Arriving at the hotel, I felt like a VIP as the check-in process was seamless and quick. It was like having a fast pass to a theme park, skipping the long queues and heading straight to my comfortable room.

Express check-in and check-out and free WiFi throughout the property. Dinner in the Sky KL and Putra World Trade Centre nearby. Staff can help me plan my stay.
Who needs a good night's sleep anyway? The noise from the road construction was just delightful.

Enjoyed the stay, very affordable. Great location, close to public transportation and popular areas. Room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful, offering useful information about the area. Free Wi, Fi and a complimentary breakfast were included, which was a nice touch.
The noise from outside was distracting at times, but it was manageable. the check, in process was a bit confusing, with the registration taking place in a different building.

We had a great time staying in this hotel. The location is perfect with easy access to public transportation. We were able to walk to all the popular attractions very quickly. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the staff was friendly. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. We also liked that there were many restaurants available in front of the hotel.

I keep coming back to this hotel because the staff helped me with my room problem even at night. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, airport shuttle, laundry. Coming back for the weekend!
